1. Who you're contracting with
Book Discoverability Score is operated by Knowledge Nugget Media. By using this website and purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What we provide
We provide an automated discoverability analysis for Amazon book listings, including a free score summary, paid full reports with actionable recommendations, and personalised prompt packs. Reports are generated using AI and are intended as guidance — they do not guarantee any specific sales or ranking outcome.
3. Acceptance
By continued use of the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
4. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased reports and prompt packs for your own books. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content we generate for you.
5. Accuracy & disclaimers
Reports are generated by AI based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud or spam.
- Infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the service's security, probe or scrape the site, or introduce malware.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limitations.
7. User-supplied listing data and third-party platforms
Book Discoverability Score is designed to work primarily with listing information supplied by you. You may provide an Amazon listing URL for context, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide. The tool must not be used for crawling, bulk extraction, competitor scraping, review harvesting, automated marketplace monitoring, or any activity that violates third-party terms.
8. Amazon and marketplace compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any listing edits, metadata changes, review practices, advertising claims, or publishing decisions comply with all applicable Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, Amazon Ads, Goodreads, marketplace, and advertising policies. Book Discoverability Score does not guarantee approval by Amazon or any marketplace, and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, reviews, or sales.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use Book Discoverability Score to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk extract data from Amazon or other third-party platforms;
- analyze books you do not own, represent, or have permission to assess;
- collect or process reviewer personal information;
- generate misleading metadata, deceptive claims, or policy-violating listing content;
- manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, search results, or advertising systems;
- infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
10. AI-generated guidance
Reports are AI-generated educational guidance based on the information provided. They may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that require human review. You should independently verify all facts, claims, and compliance requirements before making changes to any book listing.
11. Author-authorized data retrieval
When you paste your book's Amazon URL and ask us to score it, you confirm that the book is yours (or that you are acting on behalf of its rights holder) and you authorize us to retrieve the publicly visible information on that listing — title, subtitle, description, A+ Content, cover image, category, and review metadata — for the sole purpose of generating your discoverability score and recommendations.
We retrieve only the data necessary to score the listing you submitted, we do not store Amazon's raw HTML or redistribute it, and we do not crawl Amazon beyond the URL you provide. If automated retrieval fails for any reason, you can paste the same fields manually and we will score those instead.
12. Intellectual property
Knowledge Nugget Media retains ownership of the service, its software, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property. Your submitted data remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
13. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

15. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowledge Nugget Media's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
